- Description
- The Office of Policy and Research of the Employee Benefits Security Administration, U.S. Department of Labor solicits proposals for research projects focused on private employment- based health and pension benefits and plans, and related public policy issues. For consideration, projects must propose a budget of $15,000 or less, and a performance period of 12 months or less. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of:policy relevance; study design and implementation; work plan and schedule of deliverables;qualifications of primary researcher; cost. Proposals received after Wednesday, June 30, 2004, will not be considered under this solicitation. This solicitation is designated for a 50 percent small business set-aside. Requests for solicitation DOL049R00014 should be in writing. Closing date is June 30, 2004.
