- Description
- In accordance with the Revised Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is amending the Streamlined Competition for Career and Organizational Development/Instructional Services announcement dated 26 March 2004. The functions of the Career and Organizational Development/Instructional Services are amended to include, performance consulting, human capital development, leadership and management development, knowledge management, training analysis, and learning resources management. The Number of Federal Government FTEs performing the work is amended to reflect twenty-five (25). There will be no Contractor support in the PWS. The remainder of the original announcement remains the same. CMS will issue another notice to announce the decision of the cost comparison on or about June 24, 2004.
