- Sources sought for vessel charter with captian and crew for NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service located in Santa Cruz, CA to conduct research on juvenile salmon in the coastal ocean between San Francisco and Point Arena California.Minimum length of 70 feet, completely rigged for midwater trawling. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. As provided in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rule, all contractors that do business with Commerce and the Federal Government must be registered in CCR.
