- This modification changes the NSN and YPG numbers. 3120-00-966-6348, YPG04038001123, Sleeve Bearing. This is a source control item to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) drawing number SB5200 Revision R, part number SB5200-1. There is one approved source: Sargent Controls and Aerospace/Kahr Bearing Div (97613). See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination with Quality Assurance Provision (B02). Critical Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 3641. 3239 to be delivered to Norfolk, VA and 402 to be delivered to San Diego, CA within 92 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is April 21, 2004.
