- Solicitation amended to change opening date to 04-09-04. Closing is 05-10-04. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to acquire Tools and Maints. through the use of long-term contracts awarded against SP0412-04-R-1835. This solicitation is comprised of 19 NSNs with similar manufacturing processes. It is anticipated that split awards will be made against this solicitation. The resultant contracts will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contracts will have a twenty four month base period and three twelve-months option periods for total maximum period of performance of 5 years if all options are exercised. The NSNs in the solicitation all fall under FSC 4920. Once released (see opening date below) the solicitation will be found at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/kd and on the procurement gateway. There are drawings associated with all of the NSNs covered by this acquisition. In order to obtain access to drawings, offerors must be registered on the DSCR Technical Data Management Division website. It suggested that vendors who are not already registered access the following website to register prior to release of the solicitation http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd/mb_index.asp. The solicitation will open on February 09, 2004 and close on March 30, 2004. Documents will not be available until the solicitation opening date. Notes 1, and 26 apply
