Contracting Officer: Mike Colesar, 804-279-4491. Issue Date: April 13, 2004, Closing Date: May 13, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. Subject item is Unrestricted. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/acceptance at Destination, 88 days ARO. Subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed Price(FFP) contract.
