- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to refurbish and recharge 100 cylinders (NSN: 6830-01-302-2555-condition "G", quantity 28 cylinders, and NSN: 6830-01-302-2555-condition "F", quantity 72 cylinders). Contractor shall provide parts (including piston, actuator and guage if missing or damaged) and labor to refurbish government valves, manufactured by Ansul, provide labor and equipment to refurbish and hydrostatic test government furnished 95 pound size cylinders and provide the labor and equipment to assemble the valves to the cylinder and recharge with government provided Halon 1301 in government owned cylinders (1000 lb or smaller water capacity cylinders), all in accordance with U.S. Navy Technical Repair Standard S9555-AT-MMA-010 and Ansul repair standards. Complete assembly shall include pressure gage, actuator and all safety devices including valve cover (shipping), cap. Cylinders damaged beyond repair (if any) shall be disposed of, cylinders failing hydrostatic test (if any) shall be disposed of, unrepairable valves (if any) shall be disposed of, empty cylinders without valves (if any) shall be returned, valves not used (if any) shall be returned, empty government owned cylinders (1000 lb or smaller water capacity cylinders) and any unused with NSN: 6830-01-302-2555, Condition code "A".
