- THIS MODIFICATION INCREASES THE NUMBER OF ROOFS TO INCLUDE BUILDINGS 20 TO 27. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to Reroof Admin Buildings 20, 21, 22 & 23 at U. S. Coast Guard Group San Francisco, Yerba Buena Island, San Francisco, CA. Work includes removal/store for reinstallation concrete roof tiles & trim and roof mounted equipment. Removal/disposal of existing wood battens and composition roofing underlayment; existing edge, valley, ridge and wall flashings; existing composition roofing and tapered insulation over flat roof areas; dryrotted plywood roof sheathing and damaged concrete roof tiles and trim. Clean/flush existing gutters, downspouts and roof drains. Install new two layer modified bitumen roofing underlayment system and pressure treated wood battens; new stainless steel edge, valley, wall and ridge flashing; new tapered insulation over existing plywood sheathing over the flat roof areas; new modified bitumen roofing system over all flat roof areas. Reinstall existing concrete roof tiles over existing sloped roof areas. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000 (CONSTRUCTION BIDS ONLY). Performance period is 105 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The applicable NAICS code is 238160. This procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses. For security reasons all Coast Guard Drawings are available through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) which will have a separate link on the FedBizOps webpage identified as Technical Data Package. Offerors will need to register with FedTeDS and receive a user name and password to be able to download Coast Guard Drawings.
