- Description
- Contractor shall provide Primary Medical Care and basic Mental Health Services through a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in South Bend, Indiana for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System. The Primary Medical Care Services shall be provided at the Contractor's clinic to approximately 10000 eligible veterans. The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract award, with up to three (3) one year renewal options, if exercised. NAICS code 621111 applies with a size standard of $8.5 million. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15.
