- This is modification 3 to the synopsis entitled Engineering and Science Contract, Solicitation number NNJ-BH4-HA7-4-001P that was posted on 2/11/04. You are notified that the following changes are made: Notice of Preproposal Conference. The ESC preproposal conference is scheduled for April 8, 2004 at the Johnson Space Center Gilruth Center, Space Center Boulevard Gate 5, Alamo Ballroom, at 9:00 a.m. Registration for the ESC preproposal conference must be received by April 6, 2004. Attendance will be limited to 200 attendees. Email ashlie.b.farnsley@nasa.gov for reservations and include the following: Company name Number of attendees Point of contact and telephone number Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
