Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Washington Philadelphia Detachment has a requirement for the Naval Criminal Investigative Office Washington DC. The contractor will be required to provide support features to SMARTnet as follow: IOS software upgrades for new features, capabilities and software bug fixes; 24-hours, 7 days a week access to Cisco connection on-line for equipment ordering, inventories, services contract access, product an services information, technical white papers, etc; 24-hours, 7 days a week access to Cisco technical assistance center for access for all levels of industry lending technical support engineers. All parts and labor to restore the network during unscheduled interruptions. The award will be a commercial item firm fixed priced contract. The period of performance is anticipated to be from date of award through 30 September 2004 with an additional four (4) one year options periods. The SIC Code is 3577. Solicitation number N00600-04-R-0341 will be approximately 06 April 2004 and can be downloaded from http://www/neco.navy .mil. The solicitation may be processing following normal commercial item procedures. The Government may elect to award on initial offers.
