- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Synthetic Methods and Synthesis of BAMO-Endcapped Energetic Oligomers (Quantity ? 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to ATK Aerospace Company Inc. because of the unique capability of this company due to the particular conversion procedure. Any firms believing that they can do this work may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later that 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
