- Description
- Bureau of Land Management Invitation for Bid. BLM has a need for campground maintenance to assist in the support of Sourdough Creek, Paxson Lake, and Tangle Lake Campgrounds administered by the BLM Glennallen Field Office in Glenallen, Alaska. Maintenance includes garbage disposal, toilet facility cleaning, fireplace cleaning, table cleaning, and record keeping/reporting. The performance is for 5 months starting May 1 for Sourdough Creek Campground and May 15 for Paxson Lake and Tangle Lake Campgrounds through September 30. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded for 1 base year plus four option years. Sealed bids are due April 9, 2004 by 4:00 PM Mountain Time. Total Small Business Set A-side (see Note 1). The NAICS code is 561720 and small business size standard is $14 Million.
