Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service to (1) demonstrate that the new biofilter can effectively treat paint booth Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) at Fort Hood, Texas, (2) field-evaluate the performance of th e new rotating biofilter at varying operational conditions, and (3) provide field data to be used for technology transfer and commercialization. The period of service will be no later than 31 December 2004. This proposed procurement is advertised for ful l and open competition, and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-04-T-0083 will be issued on or about 16 April 2004 with a closing date of 27 April 2004.
