- Description
- The work consists of 87 relief wells, outlet ditch and collector ditches, riprap, culvert installation, establishment of turf, and environmental protection. The estimated cost of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. There are 17 sheets in the set of drawings. The proposed contract listed will be awarded under the Partnership Agreement between Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense. Small Business Administration requirement number for this project is 066904402553/00. There is a geographical restriction on this requirement. Competition is limited to 8(a) contractors located within the geographical area serviced by SBA Region VI, which have NAICS Code 237990 among those approved for 8(a) participati on. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Region VI encompasses the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas. Participation is permitted for 8(a) concerns in both developmental and transitional stages. The servic es to be procured in this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 1629, NAICS Code 237990. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the three preceding years not ex ceeding $28.5 million.
