- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain miscellaneous troop equipment for the government of the Philippines. A firm fixed-price type of award is anticipated. A complete copy of the solicitation is available at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/. At the bottom of t he next page, click on the link to Attachments. Download the solicitation as a MS Word attachment.
