- The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain Soviet-style weapons for the Government of Afghanistan, FMS Case AF-B-UAJ. A firm, fixed-price type of contract is anticipated. Award shall be f or a base quantity and an option quantity with multiple deliveries over a period of one year from date of award. Solicitation number W91CRB-04-R-0026 will be posted to the following Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website on or about 16 April 2004: ht tps://acquisition.army.mil/. Click on Contracting Opportunities Search, then search for the solicitation number, without dashes or spaces. Click on the link to the solicitation. At the bottom of the next page, click on the link to Attachments. Download th e solicitation as a MS Word attachment.
