- This acquisition is for Publication of the Ft Riley Map and Guide. This is a no-cost contract for the Government. All advertising sales will go to the publisher, the Government will incur no expenses. The service will be procured as a nation wide competitive small business set-aside. The publisher guarantees to prepare 8,000 copies per annual edition of the guide. No less than 60 pages of the Guide will be devoted to editorial copy and photographs for the Installation. The Publisher also guarantee s to provide a minimum of 15,000 copies per annual edition of the Map. The period of performance is anticipated for one base year, beginning June 1, 2004 through 31 May, 2005, plus three option years. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 2711. NAICS is 511120. Size standard is 500 employees. The RFQ will be available on or about April 12, 2004 with a closing date for quotations due 20 days after issuance of the RFQ. Please refer to the solicitation for details regarding the evaluation criteria and submission requirements. All potential offero rs are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (NOV 2001), lack of registration in the CCR database will make a quote ineligible for award.
