- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Contractor to provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform Dermatology services at contractor's facility as an alternate when the primary contractor cannot schedule within prescribed time frames, for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Fayetteville, AR and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Ft. Smith, AR and Mt. Vernon, MO. Contractor must be certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Requirement is 100% set-aside for small business and is not intended for locum tenens. Solicitation documents will be available electronically at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov on or about 4/12/04. All requests for hard copies must be submitted in writing via fax (479-444-5031) or e-mail (laura.watts@med.va.gov). No electronic offers will be accepted. Closing date for submission of proposals will be May 12, 2004 at 2:00pm central time.
