- VISN 3 has a requirement for a contractor to provide interim teleradiology services for some/all medical centers of VISN 3. These medical centers are identified as VAMC Bronx; VAMC Northport; New York Harbor Health Care System consisting of the Brooklyn & Manhattan campuses; Hudson Valley Healthcare System consisting of Montrose & Castle Point campuses in New York, plus the New Jersey Healthcare System consisting of East Orange & Lyons Campuses. The contractor will be required to provide teleradiology services outside normal business hours (defined as M-F 8am ? 5pm, excluding Federal holidays). Services shall include but are not limited to the professional interpretation of radiological exams such as: Computed Tomography Scans (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), General Radiographic Procedures or Plain Film(PF), Ultrasound Studies (US) & Nuclear Medicine (NM). All interpretations must be provided by qualified (defined in solicitation) radiologists credentialed and privileged at each facility. Solicitation should be available O/A 4/12/04 and responses due 5/4/04.
