Description

NEW USAID Annex and Marine Security Guard Quarters...... THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking to pre-qualify firms for Construction of a USAID Annex Office Building and Marine Security Guard Quarters on the grounds of the U.S. Embassy Complex, Athens, Greece. The project will consist of construction of the Annex building, Motor Pool, Marine Security Guard Quarters, , three-story covered Parking facility, and two CACs (Compound Access Control facilities) based on design documents provided as part of the formal RFP package. The project also includes perimeter security; pedestrian access control facilities; parking; and other site amenities......SEE ATTACHED
