- Eagle Group International, Inc. is soliciting cost proposals from qualified health professionals to provide subcontracted services to students (16-24 yrs old)at the Potomac Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following positions: Mental Health Consultant/Psychologist, Optometrist, Dentist/Dental Services (With Dental Hygienist) and Physician. Bid Packets may be obtained by calling or stopping by the Potomac Job Corps Center. You can call Anthony Stevens at 202-373-3135 or Carolyn Washington 202-373-3077 to request a bid back by mail. All subcontracts listed above will be awarded for the base term period covering June 1, 2004 through Febrary 28, 2006, with 3 pre-priced option years. Cost proposals must be received by 5:00 PM on April 30, 2004. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor.
