- THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S NATIONAL ENERGY TECHNOLOGY LABORATORY (NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this synopsis/non-competitive solicitation with NGV INSTITUTE, in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simiplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item), for the purchase of the following: 1. Two-day Natural Gas Fueling Station Operation and Maintenance Course designed for maintenance technicians to develop and implement a routine maintenance and safety program that encompasses the newest techniques, on April 19-23, 2004 to be held in New Delhi, India. 2. Three-day Natural Gas Fueling Station Design Course designed for public and private sector professionals to learn the latest methods and practices for sizing, designing, permitting, bidding, and constructing of compressed natural gas fueling stations, on April 26-28, 2004 to be held in Ahmedabad, India.
