- Pr No. FPG04065000634: This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Leading Edge, Aircraft, NSN 1560-01-072-2707, in accordance with Northrop Grumman Corp, Cage: 76823, P/N 3-24132-501 Rev D. Approved sources are: Cyclone Aviation Products (S5503), Sierra Aerospace (1QER1), Aero Components (59213) and General Dynamics (94304). FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 274 days ARO. QAP 007 applies. The quantity is 31 each for a base year and provision for a 100% quantity option. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. First Article Government Testing required, sample size 1 each. This solicitation will issue as a 50% small business set-aside. Sources must be approved prior to contract award per Source Qualification Statement in the technical data package. An Export Control technical data package (TDP) exists for this nsn. Technical data will only be released to Contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. www.dlis.dla.mil. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
