Description

This is a HUBZone set-aside. Janitorial services at U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command (ISC) San Pedro, San Pedro, CA. The successful offeror will provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the performance of janitorial services at ISC San Pedro. The period of performances is planned for 01 July 2004 through 30 September 2004, with four (4) one year option periods from 01 October 2004 through 31 July 2008. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 April 2004 with a planned closing date of 15 June 2004. The janitorial service will be acquired under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5., Test Program for Certain Commercial Items which authorizes the use of simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 12 in certain acquisitions that exceed the normal simplified acquisition threshold. A guided site visit is planned. More definite information concerning the site visit (date/time/points of contact) will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued via the electronic Posting System at www.eps.gov under Vendor, DOT, United States Coast Guard, Commander (fcp-2) USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Alameda, CA. Telephone, written, and Email requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted. The NAICS code is 561720 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Notice: This action is a 100 percent set-aside for SBA certified HUBZone small business concerns.
