Description: The contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), to perform Full Food Service (FFS), Management and Food Production (M&FP) and Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) services in dining facilities listed at TE 2 to meet the specified performance requirements at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The base period of performance will be July 20, 2004 throuh July 19, 2005 with four one-year option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation is rest ricted to Small Business and the Randolph Sheppard Act. The applicable NAICS CODE is 722310. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial format Request for Proposal, using Past Performance/Price Tradeoff evaluation procedures. This solicitation wil l be issued on or about July 20,2004. The soliciation will only be available via the Electronic Procurement System (www.fedizopps.gov). No paper copies will be furnished. No bidders mailing list will be maintained.
