- Description
- Provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, transportation, and other items and services necessary for rental of one 48 foot refrigerated truck with temperature monitor in back of truck and provide a driver to pick-up meat from Fort Lee Commissary, VA to transport and deliver meat, produce, dry grocery and other merchandise to Sugar Grove Commissary, WV. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of May 29, 2004 through May 28, 2005, and will include two one-year option periods that may extend the performance period through May 28, 2007. This Request for Quotation will be issued on or about April 5, 2004 with tentative closing date of April 20, 2004. The anticipated award date will be April 21, 2004. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 484110 and the business size standard is $21.5 million. This RFQ will be available on www.febizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential Quoters are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of the RFQ in lieu of requesting a paper copy.
