- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for (24ea.) Sucker, forwarding 2 step adjustable WCF list E-606 p/n 6.003/10 and WCF & DC list E-320 p/n 6.000/10 for right side of feeder head, hole in forwarding sucker must be 10mm. Forwarding sucker must only have one cable and one lever attached. This is a repair part for MABEG feeder for I-8 and Cope-Pak presses. (6ea.) Sucker forwarder 2 step sucker adjustable feeder no. 45721 type pal 1 list no. E-320 page no. and order no. 6.000/10 for left side of feeder head hole in forwarder sucker must be 10mm. Forwarder sucker must only have one cable and one lever attached. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written request for quotation will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses (see numbered note 1). The applicable NAICS (formerly SIC) code is 332996 and the associated small business size standards 500 employees, See FAR 19.102. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. The request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ 0447. Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, D Street Between 13th &14th Street S.W. Washington, DC. 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price alone. Quotations shall include the RFQ Number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, duns number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotation are due April 07, 2004 @ 2:00 pm
