- Description
- The Office of Naval Research (ONR) has a requirement for support services in the following functional areas (Set-Asides are noted): a) Technical, Programmatic and Engineering Support Services, b) Business and Financial Support Services, c) Conference and Event Support Services (8a Competitive Set-Aside), d) Administrative Support Services (8a Competitive Set-Aside), e) Training and Workshop Support Services (Partial Small Business Set-Aside), f) Information Technology Support Services (8a Competitive Set-Aside), and g) Education Program Support Services. The requirement for these services is for a period from 1 OCT 2004 through 30 SEP 2009 (including option years). A solicitation will be issued and posted to the link http://www.onr.navy.mil/02/rfps.asp approximately fifteen days from the date of this synopsis. At that time, a copy of the solicitation will also be attached to this presolicitation notice for access through FedBizOps. It is anticipated that ONR shall be holding a Pre-Proposal Industry Day Conference to review the FY05 MATOC solicitation and to answer questions. Please note that this Conference is tentatively scheduled to take place on or around 21 APR 2004 at ONR headquarters in Arlington, VA. Further details regarding the solicitation and Conference will be posted to the ONR website link referenced above.
