Description
The Naval Medical Logistical Command has a requirement for multidisciplinary medical services for the Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL and Branch Medical Clinics located in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Multiple awards are contemplated. The resulting contracts may be used by other Department of Defense or United States Coast Guard military medical treatment facilities, branch medical clinics, or other medical activities within the identified states. Personal services, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contracts are contemplated. The minimum quantity anticipated for this procurement includes the following positions: Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Gastrointestinal Nurse, Registerd Nurse, Medical Laboratory Technician, MRI Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, and Phlebotomist services. The maximum quantity is approximately 2,000,000 hours of services. NAICS for this requirement is 622110. The contract(s) will have a five year ordering period. See Numbered Note 1. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. The RFP and all amendments will be posted to the internet at http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil/acquisitions/rfp.asp and NECO when released on or about 12 April 2004.
 
Place of Performance
Address: Primary performance shall be in the states of Florida and Georgia with potential performance in the states of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
