- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for various Laboratory Equipment, Glassware, and Miscellaneous Peripherals. Additional requirement information: Equipment List and Part Numbers, and Representa tions and Certifications in response to this synopsis/solicitation can be obtained electronically under: http://www.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 dated 29 Jul 02. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 423490. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. There is one contract line item (0001) for a multiple of items that are listed in our website stated above. We will select the best-qualified source as a result of this synopsis on an All or None Basis. Offerors must provide pricing for ALL equipment listed and services, if you ar e quoting a Brand Name or Equal, you must provide along with your quote literature. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award if you are selected. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR 52.203-6 Alt I, FAR 52.219-14, FAR 52.222-21, FAR 52.222-26, FAR 52.222-35, FAR 52.222-36, FAR 52.222-37, FAR 52.225-13, FAR 52.222-41, FAR 52.222-42 (52.232-33, 52.232-36).
