- Under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, the Northern Region Contracting Center at Fort Eustis, Virginia intends to make award to K&R Custom Software Inc on a sole-source non-competitive basis for the TMS User Account Upgrades and Maintenance. Standard I ndustrial Classification (SIC) Code 7371, Small Business Size Standard ($21.0M). Due date for responses to this notice is 04/05/04 by 12:00 noon. Therefore in accordance with authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302.1, the Government int ends to award to K&R Custom Software Inc within 7 days after publication of this notice. A determination not to open the requiremenet to competition based on responses received to this notice is solely with the discretion of the agency.
