- NA PR Number(s): FD20200466310 Item: 0001 Description: PURPOSE: to provide Time and Materials engineering services contract to Northrop Grumman Corp (NGC) of Baltimore, MD. NGC will provide eng technical services as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) to re-host HAF F-16 AN/APG Fire Control Radar (FCR) Technical Orders data from current software to new software platform. Time and Materials for engineering services is not-to-exceed $94,000.00 Total Line Item Qty: 1.0000 LO Delivery: 30APR2004, 1.00 LO The anticipated award date will be:28APR2004 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. TO: NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORP, BALTIMORE, MD. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
