- 04R6030- HiBall 3100 Wide-Area Tracker and 3D Digitizer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8604-04-R-6030. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20 effective 23 Feb 04 and Class Deviation 2003-o0003 and DFARS change notice 20040223. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. NAICS Code: 333314. This acquisition is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii) to 3rdTech, Inc., Chapel Hill, NC, the designer, developer, manufacturer, and only supplier of the below items that meets the Government?s requirements. Required delivery is not later than 90 days after receipt of order. Includes: 1 6 DOF HiBall Sensor, 1 Precision 6D Stylus with HiBall Sensor Mount, 18 Beacon Array Modules (144 sq. ft. range), 1 PC-based controller with Ceiling Interface Board and HiBall Tracker S/W, 1year warranty, 1 year software upgrade and Maintenance 0002 3T-HBS1 Additional 6 DOF HiBall Sensor 1 Please note if manufacturer requires a license agreement to be signed by government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Therefore, please modify accordingly and submit with your quote. Offerors must quote all items or none. FOB Destination: Wright Patterson AFB OH 45433.
