- 3120-01-175-3813, Sleeve Bearing. This is a part number item, General Motors Military Vehicles (7X677), part number 23500111, AM General LLC (34623), part number 570203, and Federal Mogul Corp (01212), part number 3862P026MM. Unit of issue for the P/Ns cited shall consist of 2 half sleeves, one upper and one lower. See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination with Quality Assurance Provision (B01). Critical Item. Requested delivery of 63 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This RFP will be solicited as a fixed price long term contract (Indefinite Quantity Contract) with a base year and four option years. The estimated annual quantity will be 824 with a guaranteed minimum of 206. Solicitation issue date is 19 April, 2004.
