- 3110-00-948-6093, requirement authorized by YPG04071000886, 100% Option, other than full and open, Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part, COQC required. Critical Item. Configuration Control Item, approval by Design Control Activity applies, Smith Industries Inc. (35351) Dwg 131700 Rev Y, P/N 171700-03. Acceptable sources MPB Corp DBA Timken Aerospace (40920) and Barden Corp (70854). Government Product Verification Testing - Instrument Bearings required. Item must be domestically manufactured unless a waiver from the Department of Defense is received prior to any award. Quanty 1775 each. Item will be solicited unrestricted, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, QAP B04 applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
