- Pr Number: IDT03168005100 FSC: 5330/5331 Nomenclature: Seals, Gaskets, Packing Material RFP Due Date: April 27, 2004 This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures. This procurement is for 45 Core Items and 117 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5330-00-016-6911. This procurement is for a two-year base. This acquisition is Unrestricted. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 100 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional years. These are not Qualified Products List (QPL) items. Material furnished under this contract shall have at least 85% of the shelf life remaining at time of delivery. Shelf life markings (cure and expiration dates) shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129N, DTD 15 May 1997, and shown in calendar quarter and year. Expiration date shall be 15 years from cure date. Price and past performance are of equal value. Award of a fixed-price, with economic price adjustment contract, applies.
