- NSN 2540-01-443-7032 Cover, fitted, vehicular IAW drawing 19207 12448839 and all related drawings and specifications. Basic quantity is 290 each, quantity with option is 580. 290 covers are to be delivered to New Cumberland PA in 120 days. See Numbered Notes 1, 9 and 26. The solicitation shall be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 14 April 2004. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
