- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a cost-plus-award-fee (CPAF) contract, using a performance-based work statement (PBWS), to Aaron B. Floyd Enterprises, Inc., 1900 North Beauregard Street, Suite 12, Alexandria, VA for Readiness Assessment System (RAS) Support Services for the Global Command and Control System - Joint (GCCS-J). The proposed contract will contain a base year and one option year. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A sources sought notice was issued for this requirement in a Federal Business Opportunities posting dated 14 July 2003. The Government completed a review of responses to that notice and determined that Aaron B. Floyd was the only company able to provide innovative and cost effective solutions to satisfy the requirements of the Readiness Assessment System (RAS). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received after the publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
