- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is soliciting for Contractors to provide services. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment and vehicles required to bu t not limited to: Removing deposited materials in the Tioga River in Mansfield, PA. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible bidders can download a copy of solicitation from the EBS Website - Https://nab.usace.army.mil (Contact Ms Paula S chultz at (410) 962-4000 for problem with the Web site). No request for a copy of solicitation will be accepted via phone or fax. All questions on this socilitation shall be submitted via email to tony.epps@usace.army.mil.
