- NAICS Code: 721110 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Office of Radiation and Indoor Air (ORIA) Indoor Environments Division (IED) intends to award a sole source firm fixed-price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Hilton Old Town Alexandria of Alexandria, VA under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to obtain lodging and conference services for IED's Regional Team Meeting to be held April 27-29, 2004. After careful consideration of over sixty hotels in the metropolitan Washington, DC area, Hilton Old Town Alexandria is the only facility uniquely qualified to satisfy the Government's requirement. Hilton Old Town Alexandria is the only facility available for the meeting dates, and able to accommodate Federal lodging per diem rates to meeting attendees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received by the closing date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
