- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole-source firm-fixed-price order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0014 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI), Owego, New York to provide Logistics Management Support for the MH-60S Common Cockpit. This requirement will include follow-on Integrated Logistics Management Support, documentation of Logistics Management Information, Maintenance Planning of MH-60S Common Cockpit Maintenance Planning Summaries, updating MH-60S Common Cockpit Level 5 Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) data package, scheduling of IETM data validation at the Contractor?s facility, updating the MH-60S NATOPS Manual to include Common Cockpit provisions, modifications and operations, identification of all required MH-60S Common Cockpit Support Equipment for organizational level maintenance, supply support provisioning, engineering data for provisioning and packaging, handling, shipping and transportation support (PHS&T) for Common Cockpit items. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LMSI-O is the sole manufacturer and developer of the Common Cockpit and therefore the only source with the prerequisite knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to develop, update and produce the required logistics documentation.
