Description

The work of this contract consists of the general construction of a new soil absorption field and septic tank. The existing septic tank shall be removed when the new system is functional. The existing soil absorption field will be maintained for future use.The proposed absorption field shall be constructed adjacent to the existing field on the north side at Scotts Bluff National Monument., Scotts Bluff Nebraska, Cost Range: $25,000 - $100,000. NAICS Code:23491, P&S: Y244;Small Business Size Standard is $17,000,000. This procurement is open to large and small business and is subject to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and Specifications will be available O/A April 6, 2004. This solicitation will be available ONLY by connecting with the DOI Website at (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE MAILED.and will close O/A May 6, 2004 at 3:00 PM MT unless extensions are issued in an amendment. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
