PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICTATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Heavy Equipment Contract, National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, CA. Solicitation No. N8140040015. The National Park Service has identified a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract to purchase heavy equipment such as, but is not limited to, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, riding mowers, tractors, generators, backhoe loaders, front end loaders, escavators, cranes, street sweepers, graders, stump grinders, chippers, trenching machines, equipment trailers, dump trucks and forklifts. Minimum guarantee over the life of the contract is $50,000 and a yearly maximum of $2.0 million. The successful contractor shall accept delivery orders from the agencies within the Department of the Interior. They consist of the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Reclamation, Minerals Management Service, US Geological Survey and Office of Surface Mining. The NAICS code for this project is 423810 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. Contract duration is a base period and four (4) one year option periods. Proposals will be evaluated on past performance and price. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of solicitation.
