- Provide music and sound equipment, technicians, operators etc. for approximately 18 concerts beginning June 12, 2004 through September 4, 2004 with an option of 4 years at the Carter Barron Amphitheatre, 4850 Colorado Avenue, N.W. Washington, D.C. Concerts are usually Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays approximately 7:30pm - 11:30pm. Contractor is responsible for repairs and equipment. Contractor must be able to replace any malfunctioning pieces of gear within sufficient time as to not delay opening of doors for that evening's concert.There is a MANDATORY site visit scheduled for April 16th, 2004 @10:00am at the Carter Barron Amphitheatre. Those who do not attend the site visit will not be considered. Please contact Rita Gunther (202-254-2468) with your intent to attend this meeting. This is a performance based contract. Quotes will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) past performance/ technical experience, 2) price. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the dept. of the Interior's National Business Center (NBC) website at http://ideas.nbc.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are required to register at the NBC website. Please provide three references to include; contact name, phone number and address and a brief narrative of experience/training etc. can be emailed to Diane_Austin@nps.gov or faxed to 202-895-6015. Estmated magnitude of contract is below $50,000. Quotes are due by close of business April 30, 2004.
