Description
Contractor shall furnish FOB destination all necessary vehicles, labor, supplies and equipment for medical transportation with basic life support service, National Capital Parks-Central, Washington, D.C. Project includes standby service for multiple, public eventsin Washington, D.C. during the summer season that are coordinated by the National Park Service. All contractors who provide an offer must be certified with Washington, D.C. to work within Washington, D.C. The contract has a base period with an opportunity of 4 option years. The estimated magnitude is of this procurement between $6,000 to $12,000 a year. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Chapter 19.502-2, the Government shall set-aside all procurements with a total contract dollar under the $100,000 Simplified Acquisition Threshold be automatically reserved exclusively for small business concerns. This procurement is a commercial item. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621910 with a small business size of $6 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 04/06/04. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. To download the solicitation all interested bidders must have a DUNS number. To receive a DUNS number please contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505. However, all quote responses will be delivered by the U.S. mail or hand carried by 4 PM, May 4, 2004. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Government.
