Description
Firefighter Instructors to teach firefighter training classes. Classes will be taught at 3 separate firefighter rookie camps. NeSoDak Camp, Waubay, SD May 10-14th, Outlaw Ranch, Custer, SD May 17-21, and Camp Bob Marshall, Custer, SD, May 27-31. Four (4) instructors will be chosen for each camp to teach 4 separate classes. The hours will be divided. Actual assignment of classes will be determined after the Instructors have been selected. The classes that are to be taught are: S-110 Wildland Fire Suppression Orientation, 6 Hours, S-130 Firefighting Training, 32 Hours, S-190 Introduction to Wildland Fire Behavior, 6 Hours, and SA 130 Standards of Survival, 8 Hours. Training Days are expected to be 12 hours in length. Unit Instructors must be Experienced in the Lesson Content they are presenting.
