- Madigan Army Medical Center intends to award a contract to the Tacoma-Pierce County Chapter, American Red Cross to provide human blood and blood products, to include, but not limited to packed RBC's, platelets, fresh frozen plasma and cryoprecipitate in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. Award period will be one year, Not-To-Exceed $40K. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this no tice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
