- Armed and Unarmed Licensed Security Guard Services at The Dalles and John Day Projects. The Dalles Project is located in The Dalles, OR and John Day Project is located in Rufus, OR. Performance period is for one year beginning about May 1, 2004 thr ough April 30, 2005, with four option years. The solicitation will be available on or about March 26, 2004.
