- TACOM is releasing a draft solicitation for the Iraqi Armed Forces and associated security forces battalion sets on March 29, 2004. To access the RFP, the directions are: go to website, http://contracting.tacom.army.mil,then go to Warren, Business O pportunities, find, Open Solicitations, and click on, Iraqi Requirements. Questions on the draft solicitation must be received no later than April 2, 2004 to Ms. Denise Mika, iafsseb@tacom.army.mil. All questions and answers will be posted to the websit e. The final solicitation is planned for release on April 5, 2004. Proposals will be due on April 29, 2004 at 1330. A Pre-Proposal Conference is planned for the week of April 12, 2004. More details to follow. If you are interested in attending the co nference, we would appreciate you sending an email no later than April 1, 2004 to iafsseb@tacom.army.mil. to aid in conference planning.
